What we collect: Your name, phone number, email, billing and shipping address, and order details. We also collect basic device and browsing data through cookies. We do not store card or UPI details. Our payment partners process all payments securely.

How we use it: To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and share offers if you opt in. We also use it to improve our website and meet legal requirements.

Sharing: We share data only with delivery partners, payment gateways, and service providers who need it to serve you, or with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

  1. Products & pricing: Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct them or cancel affected orders with a full refund.

  2. Orders: An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable or an order looks suspicious.

  3. Shipping: We deliver within [5–7] working days to serviceable pin codes. Delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control are not our liability.

  4. Returns & refunds: Damaged, defective or wrong items can be reported within [7] days of delivery, with photos. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund, credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Used or damaged-by-customer items are not eligible.

  5. Your account: You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

  6. Intellectual property: All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors, including text, images and logos. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

  7. Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

  8. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Mumbai.
